Ytron Z improves quality of Dairy Products

Ytron-Quadro recently completed a project with Dairygold Food Ingredients delivering improved product quality through the Stretching process for their soft cheese products. The Stretching process with the Ytron Z is used for many dairy products including yoghurt and Quark and delivers a smoother texture whilst also enhancing the effectiveness of added proteins.
