These options below can provide much greater accuracy of representative samples compared to manual methods.
IsoControl MLK
A compact sampler fitted to a transfer pipe for sampling liquids up to 1000cP.
The final sample’s representativeness is ensured through a sequential “drop-by-drop” sampling method during the transfer process. This method relies on a single-acting vertical pneumatic cylinder which activates a piston, located at the center of the pipe. This sampling method allows a precise amount of milk to be ejected directly into the collection bottle, which is positioned as close as possible to the sampler outlet and can achieve 60ml per minute.
IsoControl MSA
Designed for volumetric sampling of low viscosity liquids from a transfer pipe or tank. It ensures that your samples are representative across your entire process.
IsoControl MSA uses the same sequential “drop-by-drop” sampling throughout the batch or transfer process as the IsoControl MLK above. This can also achieve up to 60ml per minute and a max of 2 strokes per second.
A wide range of options are also available, such as the CIP connector, custom-made bottle adapters or control panels to complete your installation.
IsoControl M4KSA
For sampling of liquids with a maximum viscosity of 1000cP.
The simple, hygienic design with it’s double-acting piston is accompanied by an easy clamp connection, making it possible to install this sampler on any size of pipe.
The IsoControl M4KSA has a lower strokes per minute output, but is more efficient by sampling 3ml per stoke which also eliminates the risk of “churning” on cream based products.
This sampler can achieve a sample volume of up to 90ml per minute and is also designed to accommodate a custom-made vial adapter and CIP unit.
