SLS U5 – Trial
We recently had the opportunity to use the U5 Quadro Comil, and the experience was positive from start to finish. The mill itself was very easy to set up and operate, the controls were intuitive, and our team was able to begin running material with minimal training or adjustment time. One of the standout positives was the speed with which the machine was delivered and made available — this was extremely helpful for keeping our project on schedule. Overall, we were very pleased with both the equipment and the service.
YTRON Z – Trial & Purchase
Our most recent product development challenge led us to YTRON and their innovative 3-stage homogenizer technology. From the outset, Ytron-Quadro demonstrated exceptional commitment to supporting our goals. They arranged a loan of a Z60 unit for R&D, and throughout the trial period their team provided comprehensive assistance—sharing valuable technical knowledge and practical insights that greatly enhanced our understanding and confidence in the equipment.
Following a successful R&D phase, it became clear that scale-up would be essential. YQ responded immediately, supplying a second loan unit—the Z130 homogenizer—to validate our findings and confirm the performance and capabilities of the larger system. Both homogenizers proved to be extremely user-friendly, with straightforward setup, easy changeover of parts, and smooth operation.
What truly stood out was YQ’s proactive and collaborative approach. Their responsiveness, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile played a pivotal role in helping us achieve our objectives. Thanks to their outstanding support and service, we were able to move forward with confidence—ultimately leading to the purchase of both the Z60 and Z130 units.
